As you can see above - my name is Artem. I am a Delivery Manager at Grid Dynamics.
I have been working in the IT industry for almost 7 years already. I was working as Project manager, Account manager, Sales manager, Resource and Delivery manager.
I am pretty sure that Emotional Intelligence is highly important in any kind of communication with people whether its family social circle or your job. But especially being a manager (any kind of) is very crucial to understand What is Emotional Intelligence / How to use it / How to improve it.
My experience was based NOT only on management in the IT industry, but also on experience as a Personal Coach in the gym. The first job that I got and fell in love Hence why I think it should be interesting and useful.
