I started as a database maintenance engineer, software engineer, customer maintenance engineer, software designer, and system architect. I developed in Delphi, but I truly fell in love with C#, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft tools. I even had the privilege to be the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for few years. Later I took on more leadership roles and supported biggest oil companies (LOTOS, LUKOIL), national insurance companies, and national railways. Internationally, I worked for BP in the UK, Thomson Reuters in France, the chemistry sector in Romania and Germany, engineering and industrial software in the UK, and air conditioning industry IT services in Central and Eastern Europe. Next I was responsible for software for multiple aviation businesses (flight planning, maintenance, ground controls and flight deck) in the USA, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, and Canada. Today I am leading software development teams simplifying complex clouds with observability, automation, and intelligence.
In my career I was responsible for software development and delivery for multiple businesses. My strength is complete software development lifecycle. At some point, my role and my strengths extended to P&L leadership, growth management, quality, integration and digital transformation as management board member and site leader. Today I am focused on company and people growth, global integration, customer focused software engineering and continuous improvement and learning.
